Storage

In-shell hazelnut storage

Hazelnuts are particularly sensitive to humidity. The shell protects, but temperature and ventilation must be controlled to preserve aroma.

  • Avoid odors, direct light and heat sources
  • FIFO batch rotation and intact packaging until use
